Ian Malouf, the skip bin waste management entrepreneur, turned luxury yacht broker, has paid the highest amount ever for a completed penthouse in Australia.
The Castlereagh St penthouse offering, sold by property developer John Boyd and his wife Marly, fetched $60 million.

It was listed with $66 million hopes by the selling agents, Christie’s International agent Ken Jacobs in conjunction with LJ Hooker Double Bay agent Bill Malouf.
