The Castlereagh St penthouse offering, sold by property developer John Boyd and his wife Marly, fetched $60 million.

It spans 2400sq m space, with interiors by Blainey North, who worked for two years on the fit-out.
It spans three levels from the 43rd floor.
It has its own private car park with express lift.
It was listed with $66 million hopes by the selling agents, Christie’s International agent Ken Jacobs in conjunction with LJ Hooker Double Bay agent Bill Malouf.
